I know how heavy it can feel to have experiences, thoughts, and feelings you can’t share, because I’ve walked through seasons of my own life that demanded the same silence. This personal understanding allows me to sit with whatever you bring to the table, without judgment and without flinching (because trust me, I really have heard and seen it all).
Together, we’ll look more closely at the stories you’ve been telling yourself and the things you’ve been afraid to say out loud. Instead of pushing you toward a particular decision or telling you what you “should” do, I’ll walk with you as you begin to see your options clearly, trust your own voice, and feel a sense of agency in the parts of your life that probably haven’t felt like yours for a long time.

What you share here stays here. I don’t work with insurance because they require documentation and diagnosis, and my clients appreciate that there is no external record of what we discuss in sessions.
